Alain Redelsperger
Born and raised in Strasbourg, France, Chef Alain attended the iconic Culinary School École Hôtelière de Strasbourg at age 15, graduated by age 17 and worked in some of the top kitchens in Paris, New York City and San Francisco. In Paris, he worked under three different famous Maîtres Cuisiniers de France in 2-star Michelin establishments. Chef Alain moved to the Coachella Valley in 1997 and began working as the Dining Room Chef at the Rancho Mirage Ritz Carlton, the only 4-star dining institution in the Valley at that time. Prior to joining Toscana Country Club, he spent seven years as the Executive Chef at Mountain View Country Club and eight years as the Executive Chef at The Vintage Club.
 
Director of Food & Beverage
Jonathan McAuley
Jonathan joined Toscana in February 2023 as Director of Food and Beverage with over 20 years of luxury food and beverage experience, most recently as Director of Restaurants at the JW Marriott Desert Springs in Palm Desert, California. After attending the University of Kentucky, Jonathan began his leadership career in Washington, Virginia, at The Inn at Little Washington, a Relais and Châteaux property whose restaurant was recently awarded 3-Michelin stars. Jonathan then moved to Park City, Utah, to work at the St. Regis Deer Valley. He managed a Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant before relocating to the Montage Beverly Hills to work in Chef Scott Conant's Scarpetta Restaurant. He also worked with Wolfgang Puck at the Hotel Bel-Air before becoming the Director of Banquets and eventually, Director of Food and Beverage at The Jonathan Club at the Beach in Santa Monica, California. Jonathan enjoys food tourism, hiking, and spending time with his family in his free time.

Casey Ging
Casey was raised in La Quinta, California on the Mountain Course at the La Quinta Resort. She brings with her over 20 years in the service and events industry. Casey has coordinated every type of event from large scale charity galas, countless weddings at some of the top venues in the desert, over the top children’s events and so much more. Her passion for what she does shows through her work. She has two children, Jaxson and Daisy, that fill her heart and fill up all her free time. She loves golfing, hiking, spending time with her family and of course having a great glass of wine.

Jose Munoz
Jose Munoz has been living in the desert for 20 years. After going to college, Jose began his career in the food and beverage industry. He now has over 15 years of experience. Jose joined Toscana in 2007 where he worked his way up from a Banquet Server to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. He is very grateful to be part of such and amazing team.

Braddy Ries
Braddy is a Southern California native and has lived in the Coachella Valley since 1987. He has over 25 years of experience in the service industry, including sales and various leadership roles. Braddy strives to exceed expectations by working hard as a team player at Toscana. His personal motto is, “There are no problems, just opportunities.” Life focuses for Braddy are being a great husband, father, friend and role model. In his leisure time Braddy enjoys dancing with his wife, going to concerts and being competitive at everything he tries.

Ulises Avalos
Ulises was born in the Coachella Valley and has resided in the desert ever since. He brings 23 years of experience in food and beverage. Prior to Toscana, Ulises worked at Desert Falls Country Club as a supervisor. He has worked in many local restaurants including Le Paon, Tuscany’s and Guillermo’s. His vibrant smile and passion for his work speaks highly in the dining room. Ulises has two children, Carlos and Valeria and a beautiful wife, Dulce. He is an avid collector of trading cards and enjoys spending time at the beach with his family.
 
Banquets Manager
Tony Manjanarrez
Anthony was born in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where he lived until relocating to the Coachella Valley 36 years ago. In 2002 he graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a degree in engineering. Anthony joined the Toscana banquet team in September 2022. He started his career in the country club industry in 1999 when he joined the Springs Club in Rancho Mirage, California, accumulating 21 years of country club experience. Anthony enjoys working on manual projects, whether on a car or building a stereo. Anthony is a father to 3 wonderful teenagers who are all enrolled at Palm Spring High School. A daughter who is a senior and Student Body President. And twin sons who are freshmen. He likes watching movies with his children, playing jigsaw puzzles, and building model cars.
