Alain Redelsperger
Born and raised in Strasbourg, France, Chef Alain attended the iconic Culinary School École Hôtelière de Strasbourg at age 15, graduated by age 17 and worked in some of the top kitchens in Paris, New York City and San Francisco. In Paris, he worked under three different famous Maîtres Cuisiniers de France in 2-star Michelin establishments. Chef Alain moved to the Coachella Valley in 1997 and began working as the Dining Room Chef at the Rancho Mirage Ritz Carlton, the only 4-star dining institution in the Valley at that time. Prior to joining Toscana Country Club, he spent seven years as the Executive Chef at Mountain View Country Club and eight years as the Executive Chef at The Vintage Club.

Chae Collette
Chae Collette started her training in the hospitality industry in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and White Plains, New York. In 1990, she headed west to beautiful southern California where she was employed by Club Corporation of America properties in San Diego and Indian Wells for numerous years. She served in the capacities of Catering and Social Director, Membership Director and Member Relations Director at each property. She joined Sunrise Company as a Catering Director at Indian Ridge Country Club prior to her arrival at Toscana Country Club. Chae has been at Toscana for 16+ years and is instrumental coordinating numerous events and weddings at the Club. Chae is a dedicated sales professional with more than 30 years in the hospitality industry, as well as in-depth knowledge of Event Management, Catering Sales and Marketing.

Hugh McGrath
A New Jersey native, Hugh has worked in the Private Club Industry since 1995. Hugh joined Toscana Country Club around the time when the club was just starting to be built, back in 2005. He spent four years with ClubCorp in Colorado and California. In Colorado, Hugh worked as a captain at Fox Acres Country Club in Red Feather Lakes and The Metropolitan Club in Denver. He relocated to the desert in 1999 and worked as a restaurant manager for The Club at PGA West. In addition to his years with Toscana, he has worked eight years for Hyatt Resorts. Hugh has seen the Toscana community grow and is always eager to meet new members and welcome back those who are returning. Hugh has a 10-year-old daughter, Kendra, who shares his affinity for soccer, hiking, and travelling.
Food & Beverage Director
Carleton Meehan
Carleton began his career in Austin, Texas in 1992 as a dishwasher. Through hard work and determination he worked his way to kitchen manager, and restaurant manager in multiple establishments throughout the state of Texas. Carleton moved to the Coachella Valley in 2004 and started his club career with American Golf Corporation where he served as the Food and Beverage Director at Palm Valley Country Club and a consultant for the company at multiple properties in the Southern California area until 2012. Since then he has worked as the Director of Purchasing at Eldorado Country Club and held simultaneous positions as Food and Beverage Director at Tamarisk Country Club in Rancho Mirage and The Old Baldy Club in Saratoga, Wyoming.
