Kirstin Fossey
Kirstin was born and raised in a suburb of St. Paul, Minnesota. She attended the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, and earned a degree in Business with a minor in Political Science. Soon after graduation, Kirstin started her career at UnitedHealth Group in Business Analytics and Communications. After United Health Group, she began working at Piper Jaffray. Kirstin has a proven track record in Marketing & Communications with numerous work related achievements including various fundraising efforts for major corporations. She has been an avid golfer since the age of 6. Kirstin and her husband live in La Quinta, California with their two children: Hudson & Hunter. She is on the Board of Directors for The First Tee of the Coachella Valley. She enjoys golfing, skiing, riding horses and spending time at the baseball field with her children.

Stefen MacMaster
Stefen MacMaster was born and raised in the small town of Laingsburg, Michigan. He attended Ferris State University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and also graduated from the Professional Golf Management Program. After being elected to PGA membership he moved to the Coachella Valley to start his career at Rancho La Quinta Country Club joining them as an Assistant Golf Professional. In 2014, Stefen was promoted to Andalusia Country Club where he has been working for the past three years. Stefen is currently working on a PGA Certification in golf operations and is in the process of obtaining his California Real Estate License. He loves to be outdoors; his favorite activities include golfing, hiking and fly fishing.

Kellie Rice
Kellie is a native of Illinois raised in Roselle. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science in 2015. Soon after graduation, Kellie started her career at Bright Horizons as a Preschool Teacher. Kellie’s desire to grow professionally and personally motivated her to move to Coachella Valley in 2016, with her fiancé Kevin. She joined Toscana in 2017 as the Concierge and Kellie’s driven, passionate and self-motivated attitude advanced her to the Lead Concierge and Communications Assistant position. She looks forward to providing high quality service to Toscana Members. In her free time, Kellie enjoys working out, swimming, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.

Andrada Nagy
Andrada was born and raised in a small town in Romania. She moved to Coachella Valley five years ago with her husband, Robert Nagy, who works at Toscana as an engineer. Andrada received her Bachelor's Degree in English and French as well as a Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Public Administration. Prior to her new role at Toscana, she worked for Desert Moving Company in Indio as a payroll assistant. Andrada has been married to Robert for seven years and in her free time she enjoys spending time with him and their three year old son, Luca. She also enjoys reading, hiking, playing and watching tennis.
Club Concierge
Ann Brown
Ann Brown joined Toscana team as our Club Concierge in November 2015. Ann is a self-motivated business professional with entrepreneurial background and more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the airline industry. She most recently held a position of an Assistant Administrator with Keller Williams Realty in Rancho Mirage. In addition, Ann has gained relevant experience in other industries such as Business Management, Accounting, Food & Beverage and Customer Service. She has an equal ability to perform as a leader as well as a supportive team player. She is excited to be back to a customer service role and she looks forward to contributing to Toscana’s positive attitude.
Club Concierge
Jessica Dyer
Jessica was born and raised in a small town on the Coast of Maine. This is her second season at Toscana; she began as a hostess and moved into administration. Jessica is a high flier with an ambitious personality. She moved to California in 2017 with the hopes of finding new opportunities and the California sunshine we all love. She will attend the College of the Desert this January for a degree in Business Management and American Sign Language. Jessica obtained her Notary Public Commission in 2018 in order to better serve our members; she hopes to achieve many more accomplishments that she can contribute to Toscana.
